Catalyst Health Group is seeking a Medical Billing Coding Specialist II to help ensure our practice remains compliant with documentation and coding during the claims billing process. The role supports our mission to improve patient care and provider success within a growth-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates will have CPC certification, at least four years of billing and coding experience, and strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of combined medical billing and payment experience.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS and CMS guidelines.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Perform paper and EMR chart audits for providers.
• Ensure charges and billings reflect the medical record according to coding guidelines.
• Coordinate audits of outpatient records and maintain up-to-date coding knowledge.
• Develop and coordinate training on documentation and coding.
• Assist with audits and reimbursement processes as assigned.
• Identify coding opportunities to maximize compliance and revenue.
