Job summary

Express Employment in Brownsville, TX is seeking Medical Billers/Coders to join our office. This role focuses on billing insurance, coding services, handling Medicaid, posting payments, and managing collections to keep accounts current.

You will prepare and send invoices, correct rejected claims, track payments, and follow up with patients and insurers about outstanding balances. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with pay ranging from $12 to $18 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in billing insurance and coding.
• Experience handling Medicaid and collections.
• Ability to post payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
