Some Essential Functions:

• Reliability and ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
• Implement and assist with the facility's accounting functions under the supervision of the Business Office Manager
• Assist department directors in developing and using accounting policies and procedures, establishing rapport across departments to emphasize accurate reporting
• Monitor and collect accounts receivables as assigned
• Perform computer/data processing functions as necessary
• Develop and utilize computer reports and output as required
• Assist in planning and implementing changes to the accounting system
• Other related duties as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must possess a cheerful personality and work harmoniously with others
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors, and the public
• Ability to make independent decisions when appropriate and remain calm during emergencies
• Knowledge of administrative practices, procedures, and guidelines
• Experience with telephone etiquette
• Ability to cope with mental and emotional stress
• Ability to work independently, with flexibility, integrity, and effectively with others

• $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Monday to Friday
• Full-Time Day Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
