The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely billing, maximize reimbursements, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and HIPAA guidelines.

Role Description: A full-time, on-site role located in Boca Raton, FL, responsible for managing the complete billing cycle for the practice. Daily tasks include preparing and submitting medical claims to insurance carriers, Medicare, and other payers, ensuring accuracy of patient information, procedure codes, and diagnoses. The role involves following up on unpaid claims, resolving denials, posting payments, and reconciling accounts. The Medical Biller will communicate with insurance companies, internal clinical and administrative teams, and patients to clarify coverage, correct billing issues, and support revenue integrity. This position also maintains up-to-date knowledge of billing regulations, payer requirements, and practice policies, while using practice management and billing software to track and report billing activities.
