Position Overview

The Baby Academy is seeking anRCM Specialistto strengthen, organize, and execute critical billing administration, data pipeline, and operational workflows across our revenue cycle function.

Reporting directly into our Cheif of RCM, this role sits at the intersection of healthcare billing, data management, and operational analytics. You will be responsible for maintaining our internal billing databases, running high-accuracy data queries, supporting network billing teams, and capturing operational insights that optimize reimbursement and drive financial performance.

Role Responsibilities

• Database Architecture & Management: Build, structure, organize, and manage internal billing and RCM databases to ensure accurate tracking of claims, payer performance, and patient accounts.
• Data Capture & Transfer Operations: Execute seamless data capture, file transfers, and data hygiene processes across internal systems and external billing network platforms.
• Querying & Internal Reporting: Write and run data queries to generate regular and ad-hoc reporting for internal stakeholders, driving visibility into key billing metrics.
• Operational Analytics & Efficiency: Analyze revenue cycle data to identify bottlenecks, reduce claim lag, track operational trends, and optimize overall billing efficiency.
• Billing Team & Leadership Support: Provide high-touch administrative and analytical support to company directors and the network billing team.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate RCM administrative workflows, recommending and implementing structural improvements to scale with company growth.

What Success Looks Like (12-Months)

• Clean Data Infrastructure: A structured, error-free RCM database serving as a reliable single source of truth for billing operations and reporting.
• Automated Data Workflows: Streamlined, highly efficient data transfer and querying processes with minimal manual intervention.
• Enhanced Visibility: Consistent, real-time reporting provided to company leadership on billing metrics, claim throughput, and operational efficiency.
• Seamless Network Coordination: Smooth administrative integration between internal operations and external network billing teams.

Required Qualifications

• Data & RCM Administrative Experience: Proven track record in billing administration, revenue cycle data management, or healthcare operational support.
• Database & Querying Skills: Hands-on experience building, organizing, managing, and querying databases for internal reporting and operational analysis.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated good judgment in analyzing complex information to make sound routine operational decisions.
• Communication & Organization: Exceptional organizational skills, laser focus on detail, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
