Job summary

MonteSol Medical Centers LLC is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our West Palm Beach, FL team in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role focuses on venipuncture, assisting physicians, and accurate lab processing.

You will manage EMR data, administer injections, and support both front and back office workflows in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• CMA or RMA certification preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification or demonstrated phlebotomy experience required.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, vital signs, and patient intake processes.
• Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary medical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff with examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and process lab specimens for testing with proper labeling.
• Record and update patient histories, vital signs in EMR.
• Administer injections, medications, and immunizations as directed.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, organized workspace compliant with OSHA standards.
• Schedule appointments and provide front and back office support.

Requirements
