MonteSol Medical Centers LLC is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist for our West Palm Beach, FL clinic. Join a fast-paced team focused on patient care and clinical excellence.

You will perform phlebotomy, assist clinicians, manage lab specimens, document vital signs, and support intake and front-office tasks while maintaining a clean, compliant workspace. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification or demonstrated phlebotomy experience required.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient intake processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with accuracy and patient comfort in mind.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and process lab specimens for testing and ensure proper handling and labeling.
• Record and update patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical data in EMR systems.
• Administer injections, medications, and immunizations as directed by clinical staff.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and provide front and back office support.
