We are seeking a bilingual, dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. Duties

• Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care by preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Perform vital signs assessments, including measuring blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and respiratory rate.
• Support patients in understanding their treatment plans and provide education on medication administration, including inhalation techniques for respiratory therapies.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain up-to-date medical histories.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (eClinicalWorks) required.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Basic Life Support certification required; additional certifications such as EKG and Phlebotomy are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in medical practice.
