Job summary

Glow is a small, women’s health practice in Gilbert seeking a Medical Assistant to support our providers and keep the clinical day running smoothly. You’ll room patients, take vitals, document accurately, and assist with exams and procedures in a warm, supportive setting.

You’ll work alongside our RN, help with labs and supplies, and may contribute to social media or events. A willingness to learn, adaptability, and a patient-centered attitude are essential in our collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant training or healthcare experience.
• Experience documenting in an electronic health record.
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain it shortly after hire.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs.
• Update medical, surgical, obstetric, medication, and allergy histories.
• Complete intake screenings and document in the EHR.
• Prepare patients for exams and procedures; chaperone and assist providers.
• Administer injections as ordered within scope.
• Draw blood and process lab specimens (optional).
• Monitor supplies and help keep the clinic organized.
