Cara Mia Dermatology is seeking a Medical Assistant to join a well-regarded dermatology and aesthetic services team. You will support patient care, assist clinicians, and help maintain accurate medical records in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes customer service, computer literacy, and a willingness to learn medical terminology and vital signs. A CPR certification is preferred, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be computer literate.
• CPR certification strongly preferred or able to obtain within 4 weeks.
• Ability to learn and understand medical terminology and vital signs.
• At least one year of Dermatology experience preferred.
• MA certificate/diploma from medical vocational program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating skin conditions of patients.
• Assessing & updating medical history of patients.
• Keeping a record of patients’ dermatological symptoms.
• Analyzing information regarding skin health conditions.
• Informing patients about proper and available treatments.
