Job summary

ADCS Clinics LLC in Colorado is seeking a patient-focused dermatology assistant to support clinicians in evaluating skin conditions and maintaining medical records. You will inform patients about treatments, assist with procedures, and promote preventive skin care while upholding safety and quality of care.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, are computer literate, and can learn medical terminology and vital signs quickly.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required
• Must be computer literate
• CPR certification strongly preferred or ability to obtain within 4 weeks
• Ability to learn and understand medical terminology and vital signs
• At least one year of Dermatology experience preferred
• MA certificate of completion/diploma from medical vocational program preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluating skin conditions of patients
• Assessing & updating medical history of patients
• Keeping a record of patients’ dermatological symptoms
• Analyzing info regarding the conditions of skin health
• Informing patients about proper and available treatments
• Conducting non-intrusive medical procedures
