Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking Medical Assistants for its Western Suburbs locations across Addison, Lombard, Naperville, Oak Park and Woodridge. The role requires full-time availability with potential travel between sites, providing essential patient care under supervision.

Ideal candidates will have a Medical Assisting program completion, MA experience, CPR certification, and be willing to pursue MA certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Successful Completion of a Medical Assisting program accredited by AAMA or ARMA strongly preferred.
• Previous MA experience required.
• Must be eligible and willing to obtain Medical Assistant Certification.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the medical provider with routine clinical tasks and direct patient care.
• Facilitate patient throughput, clinical testing, and follow-up activities as directed by physician orders.

Hourly Pay Range:

$20.29 - $29.42 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Medical Assistant (Western Suburbs - Multiple Locations)

Location:

We're hiring Medical Assistants who are open to traveling to all locations:

• Addison
• Lombard
• Naperville
• Oak Park
• Woodridge

Shift:

• Full-time only (not seasonal or temporary)
• Hours: Monday-Friday with potential rotating Saturdays, must have availability to work past 6pm
• Weekend coverage options
• Travel required to other locations as needed

What you will do:

Reporting to the assigned Practice Manager, with accountability to the Clinical Supervisor, serves as primary assistant to the medical provider by performing routine clinical tasks and direct patient care under the supervision of the Physician (MD) and Registered Nursing (RN). Based on physician orders, facilitates patient throughput, clinical testing, and follow up activities.
