Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Weight Management is hiring a Medical Assistant to join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy weight management clinic.

You will work closely with providers and nurses, assist with exams, vital signs, and documentation, and help coordinate care across visits in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant program or 3 years MA experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• One year experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with exams, procedures, vital signs, and documentation.
• Support providers, nurses, and team to deliver patient-centered care.

About the Job:

Medical Assistant responsible for participating in the provision of professional nursing care to patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses, Providers, and Practice Manager.

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a Medical Assistant to join our compassionate and driven team.

• Work side-by-side with providers, nurses, and other team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

• Assist with exams, procedures, vital signs, EHR documentation, and care coordination

• Build lasting relationships with patients who return regularly for follow-up and ongoing support

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Completion of Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience of 3 years as an MA.
