Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Medical Assistant dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment in Massachusetts. You will assist providers, perform basic clinical tasks, and support efficient clinic operations.

Ideal candidates have MA certification with 1+ year experience or 2 years as an MA, and a strong focus on compassionate patient care, accurate documentation, and teamwork within a privacy-conscious setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification with at least 1 year of experience or 2 years as MA.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients in a welcoming, professional manner and provide information about medications and treatment options.
• Support clinical operations and patient care, including triage and basic procedures.
• Document patient information accurately in EHRs in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical team and discharge planning as needed.
