Qualifications

• Graduate of a medical assistant program (or) one year as a Medical Assistant.
• High School Diploma; no prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct patient care and administrative duties.
• Take patients to rooms and obtain vital signs.
• Assist with medical procedures and phlebotomy.
• Maintain electronic medical records (EMR).
• Schedule appointments and answer phones.
• Provide clerical support and billing/coding tasks.
