Job Purpose: Medical Assistant Training Program

The Medical Assistant program is conducted in a hybrid learning format over 16 weeks. Students will meet with an in-person nurse educator one evening per week (four hours) at the Methodist Dallas Campus for skills training, mentorship, lectures, and assignment reviews. Online access to National Healthcare Association (NHA) modules, curriculum, and activities will be provided, requiring internet access. Students will complete 120 clinical hours at Methodist Medical Group physician offices across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
