Medical Assistant - Tesson Ferry Pediatrics- South County

Position Overview: Esse Health, the largest independent physician practice in the St. Louis area with over 120 physicians across 45 locations, is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant for our Tesson Ferry Pediatrics office in south county. In this role, you will perform back-office functions including assisting in examinations, recording vital signs, and maintaining patient records. The position requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a focus on patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in examination and treatment of patients.
2. Interview patients and record vital signs (pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height).
3. Maintain accurate records in patients' charts or EMR.
4. Provide a welcoming and positive environment for patients and staff.

Additional Details:

• Rotating Saturday morning shift, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., approximately once a month.
• Sign-on bonus eligible.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• CPR Certification.
• Proficiency in PC/Windows and medical coding.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
