Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Patient Care Medical Assistant to work under the primary care operations team, assisting providers and delivering safe, timely care in a patient-centered, equitable manner.

You will partner with patients and the care team to support quality outcomes and align with Mercy Service Standards. Education includes a high school diploma with MA program preferred; clinic academy training is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• One year of applicable patient care or medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Mercy Primary Care Providers in delivering safe, timely, and patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with care team to drive quality outcomes and maintain Mercy Service Standards.
• Attend MA Clinic Academy training as required.

Position Details

New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training
