Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Assistant for Specialty Clinics at 199 W Rand Road, Mount Prospect, IL. This full-time role (40 hours/week) runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CST, with coverage duties for surrounding clinics.

The position involves patient preparation, specimen collection, phlebotomy, and assisting physicians. Requires HS diploma, CMA/RMA/CCMA certification, CPR, and valid driver's license; bilingual Spanish is preferred. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CMA/RMA/CCMA certification required with active status.
• CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Valid driver's license required if off-site duties performed.
• Flexible to scheduling changes including overtime, evenings and Saturday rotation.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical examinations and obtain specimens.
• Perform phlebotomy and routine diagnostic tests; record results.
• Assist physician under supervision with clinical and administrative tasks.
