As a Medical Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients seeking treatment for urgent and non-emergency health concerns. Working under the direction of a licensed healthcare professional, you will support providers by coordinating patient flow, performing clinical and administrative duties within scope of practice, and helping create a positive patient experience from arrival through discharge. In this fast-paced environment, Medical Assistants serve as key members of the care team, assisting with patient intake, vital signs, examinations, treatments, procedures, medication administration within scope of practice, specimen collection, and electronic health record documentation.
