Community Health Centers of America is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant Site Supervisor for our Turlock clinic. This full-time role requires strong clinic leadership, hands-on MA expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a welcoming, professional environment.

You will supervise Medical Assistants, track clinic metrics, coordinate staffing, ensure quality and safety, and support providers to optimize patient outcomes.

Competenze

• 1+ years supervisory experience in a clinic setting.
• 4+ years medical assistant experience in a family practice or multi-specialty clinic setting.
• Medical Assistant certification; current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Mansioni

• Supervise clinical team of Medical Assistants, including work assignment, training and development, and performance management.
• Track and report clinic metrics and performance.
• Implement programs to improve performance.
• Build positive relations with site providers and ensure providers have needed support to optimize patient care.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Address patient grievances and report these to management.
• Coordinate regular inventory, vaccination management program, and other clinic operation needs.
• Deescalate and resolve conflict in the clinic.
• Fully trained to cover for absent staff, as needed.

We are seeking an experienced full time Medical Assistant Site Supervisor for our community health clinic in Turlock. This individual should be a high-energy and knowledgeable clinic professional with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated results in clinic management and team development. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision to clinical team of Medical Assistants, including work assignment, training and development, and performance management.

M, T, Th & F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

W 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• 1+ years supervisory experience in a clinic setting
• 4+ years medical assistant experience in a family practice or multi-specialty clinic setting
• Medical Assistant certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent bilingual Spanish preferred
• College preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
