Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Fluent bilingual Spanish preferred.
• College preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to clinical team of Medical Assistants, including work assignment, training and development, and performance management.
• Track and report clinic metrics and performance.
• Implement programs to improve performance.
• Build positive relations with site providers and ensure providers have needed support.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Address patient grievances and report to management.
• Coordinate inventory, vaccination management, and other clinic operation needs.
• Deescalate and resolve conflict in the clinic.
• Be fully trained to cover for absent staff as needed.

This individual should be a high‑energy and knowledgeable clinic professional with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated results in clinic management and team development.
