Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CMA certification or LPN with 2 years clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care within the care-team model.
• Room patients, take vitals, and document PHI.
• Assist in administrative areas including scheduling and scanning.
• Maintain appointment flow and organization.
• Answer patient calls and follow up with patients.
• Prepare environment for the next day clinic.
