Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical certification or 1+ years of MA experience, or enrollment in MA program.
• EMT certification accepted as equivalent.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms and sterilize equipment.
• Room patients, take health history and vitals.
• Document patient care in EMR.
• Perform phlebotomy, urinalysis, and handle specimens.
• Administer medications and injections/immunizations.
• Assist providers with minor in-office procedures and point-of-care testing.
