Personic Health is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support Nurse Practitioners and clinical teams in delivering high-quality in-home wound care. You will assist during patient visits, document care, and help maintain EHR accuracy.

The role requires CMA/RMA certification or equivalent, strong clinical terminology, and a valid driver’s license. This is a part-time, on-site position serving Pensacola, FL.

Qualifications

• CMA or RMA certification preferred.
• Experience in wound care, home health, or skilled nursing is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during in-home visits, including preparing supplies and documenting care.
• Facilitate telehealth visits in the home as needed.
• Support the clinical team with wound photography, dressing setup, and record keeping.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records (EHR).
• Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and organized for patient visits.
• Serve as a professional contact for patients, families, and facility partners.
• Coordinate with scheduling, operations, and clinical leadership for efficient daily workflows.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and infection control standards.
