Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Medical Assistant for our Seattle Health Center. You will interview patients, measure vital signs, maintain health records, and assist at the front desk during a Monday–Friday shift.

Required are a recognized Medical Assistant credential with externship, current BLS, and CMA certification eligibility. Previous MA experience is preferred. Compensation ranges from $25.60 to $32.00 per hour depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• National certification in Medical Assisting from a Premise Health approved organization OR Certificate/Diploma and externship completed
• Current certification with hands-on BLS for health care providers is required
• State Lab Certificate (NV only)
• CMA certification from recognized bodies (South Carolina only)
• Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and measure vital signs
• Maintain patient health records
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Administer medications and perform lab tests and EKGs
• Perform administrative tasks at front desk and schedule appointments
• Other duties as assigned
