Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant for the Riverhead office. The role supports providers, greets patients, and handles clinical tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule and occasional Saturday hours.

Candidates should have a Medical Assistant program or CMA/RMA, Epic EMR experience, and a strong focus on patient service. Competitive benefits are provided by ENTA.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document examinations, treatments, and test results
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA), one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant for our Riverhead office.

Hourly: $23/hr

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients in person or by phone
• Respond to or route inquiries appropriately
• Prepare patients for appointments by directing or accompanying them to exam rooms

Education / Certification Requirements:

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or certification such as CMA or RMA.
• Alternatively, candidates with any of the following qualifications will be considered: Bachelor’s degree in Biology
• Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification
• Five (5) years of continuous experience working as a Medical Assistant

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm Saturday (1-2 per month): 8:00 - 12:00PM ***Please note that this schedule will change based on the Physician's schedule.***
