Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full-time Allergy Medical Assistant for our Horsham office.

Hourly: $20.24/hour. Duties include administering injections, allergy testing, pulmonary function testing, aiding physicians, and handling administrative tasks while ensuring strong patient service.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or CMA or RMA certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Biology
• EMT certification
• Five years of continuous experience as a Medical Assistant

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Strong patient service skills with a commitment to delivering a positive patient experience

Education / Certification Requirements

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or certification such as CMA or RMA.
• Bachelor's degree in Biology
• Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification
• Five (5) years of continuous experience working as a Medical Assistant

Schedule

• Monday: 8:30am-2:30pm
• Tuesday: 8:30am-6:30pm
• Wednesday: 8:30am-6:30pm
• Thursday: 8:30am-4:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm
• Saturday (1-2 per month): 8:00 - 12:00PM
