Full Time Medical Assistant Position

Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

TriHealth is actively recruiting a Medical Assistant for our Rheumatology team. This position will work in our Liberty, Montgomery, and Butler locations.

Job Overview:

This position assists physicians in the examination and treatment of patients, performing delegated duties under the physician's supervision. Responsibilities include interviewing patients, measuring vital signs (pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height), recording information in patient charts, and preparing treatment rooms. The role involves cross-training to improve efficiency and continuity of patient care, working cooperatively within a team, and demonstrating flexibility, motivation, and a commitment to quality care. Tasks also include medical record maintenance, documentation, and ensuring safety and environmental standards.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program
• Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through AMT, NCCT, or NHA, or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by AAMA; current and active RN or LPN licensure also acceptable
• Skills in EKG, injections, venipuncture, and performing common lab tests according to CLIA guidelines and TriHealth policy
• Up to 1 year of experience in a medical/physician office setting
