Job summary

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to join our Pulmonary Clinic in Bellevue. The role involves greeting patients, obtaining vital signs, rooming, care coordination, and documenting interactions in the electronic medical record.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with no weekends or holidays. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of certified medical assistant program or WA state standards equivalent.
• Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) through WA State DOH required.
• Current healthcare provider CPR certification required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for the healthcare practitioner.
• Obtain vital signs.
• Room patients and assist with care coordination.
• Provide in-basket support and complete prior authorizations.
• Document patient interactions in the electronic medical record.

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is seeking afull-time Certified Medical Assistant to join our Pulmonary Clinic in Bellevue.

Job responsibilities include greeting and preparing patients for the healthcare practitioner, obtaining vital signs, rooming, care coordination, providing in-basket support, completing prior authorizations, and documenting patient interactions via electronic medical record.

Full-time / 40 hours per week

Monday - Friday / 830am to 5pm - 8 hour shift - No weekends or holidays

Sign-on bonus for eligible new hires

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a certified medical assistant program or previous military training/experience that satisfies Washington state standards required.
• Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) through WA State DOH required.
• Current healthcare provider CPR certification required prior to start date.
