Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Bellevue seeks a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to join the Pulmonary Clinic. You will greet patients, take vital signs, room patients, assist clinicians, and document encounters in the electronic medical record.

The position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, with no weekends or holidays. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible new hires and WA state MA-C certification is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a certified medical assistant program or equivalent training that satisfies Washington state standards.
• Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) through WA State DOH required.
• Current healthcare provider CPR certification required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for the healthcare practitioner.
• Obtain vital signs and room patients.
• Provide in-basket support and care coordination.
• Complete prior authorizations and document patient interactions via electronic medical record.

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to join our Pulmonary Clinic in Bellevue.

Job responsibilities include greeting and preparing patients for the healthcare practitioner, obtaining vital signs, rooming, care coordination, providing in-basket support, completing prior authorizations, and documenting patient interactions via electronic medical record.

Full-time / 40 hours per week

Monday - Friday / 830am to 5pm - 8 hour shift - No weekends or holidays

Sign-on bonus for eligible new hires
