Terry Reilly Health Services in Boise, ID is seeking a Medical Assistant for Psychiatric Services to join an integrated care team. You will contribute to high-quality patient care, support clinicians, and provide compassionate support to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role may involve mentoring other Medical Assistants, coordinating clinical workflows, and maintaining professional communication with patients and staff.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program with current certification/registration.
• Two–three years of Medical Assistant experience.
• One year of experience with psychiatric-related care or treatment.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple activities and tasks.
• Ability to handle stress and work independently with sound judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Support and coordinates efficient clinical workflow in an integrated care setting.
• Act as trainer/resource/mentor for other Medical Assistants and team members.
• Communicate accurately, positively, and professionally with all team members and patients.
• Serve as primary clinical support staff for specialized patients with crossover to psychiatric services.
