Job summary

CHCP Healthcare and Educational Services LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant Program Director for a full-time role with swing shifts (8 AM–5 PM or 1 PM–9 PM). You will develop, maintain and deliver education services for Medical Assistant programs, create core curriculum, and oversee course plans and materials.

You will supervise staff, monitor student progress, advise on academic matters and report grades while ensuring ongoing compliance with Federal, State and institutional accreditation

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; MA Instructor experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years relative experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and deliver the core curriculum for the MA program.
• Prepare course plans and materials; supervise staff and oversee program operations.
• Monitor student progress, attendance, advising and grade reporting; ensure accreditation compliance.
