Job summary

CHCP Healthcare and Educational Services LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant Program Director for a full-time evening swing shift in Texas. You will develop and maintain core curriculum, create course plans and materials, and supervise staff to ensure program quality.

You will monitor student progress, provide advising and grade reporting, and ensure ongoing accreditation compliance with federal, state, and institutional bodies. Competitive pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with at least three years of related experience.
• MA Instructor experience preferred.
• Five years of field experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and deliver education services by creating core curriculum and course plans.
• Supervise staff and oversee the MA program.
• Monitor student progress, attendance, advising and grade reporting.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Federal, State and Institutional accreditation bodies.
