Penn State Health Cornerstone Family Health in Lititz, PA is expanding its Medical Assistant team. The MA will room patients, collect vitals, perform point-of-care testing, EKGs, and phlebotomy, and administer vaccines as needed. Administrative tasks include calls, messages, and handling patient records in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn and work well in a team, with required CMA/RMA certification or eligibility and BLS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification/Registration as CMA or RMA or eligibility within 90 days of employment.
• BLS certification required or obtainable within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, collect vitals, and perform point-of-care testing.
• Perform EKGs and phlebotomy; administer vaccines as needed.
• Handle administrative duties: calls, messages, faxes, and pulling records.
