Position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a 40-hour schedule; pay range is $21.85–$32.80 per hour, with benefits eligibility and opportunities for professional growth within Aurora Family Medicine in Wauwatosa.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; MA diploma or 2 years MA experience or certified MA with 2 years experience.
• Phlebotomy skills are preferred.
• Must adhere to regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
