Endeavor Health in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Medical Assistant for a busy Primary Care practice. The role includes preparing patients for exams, performing basic lab tests, and assisting with injections. A high school diploma and CPR are required; CMA/RMA/CCMA certification or registration is preferred, with some clinical experience.

Travel to off-site locations may be required occasionally. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Medical Assistants (CMA, RMA, CCMA) with current cert/registration preferred; at least 6 months clinical experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Under supervision, perform select clinical tasks to support patient care.
• Prepare patients for examinations and perform basic lab tests; record results.
• administer selected medications/injections under physician supervision.
• Carry out clerical duties to support clinic operations.
• Support a busy Primary Care office with multiple providers.
