Job summary

Integrated Medical Services (IMS) seeks a compassionate Medical Assistant for our Sun City Primary Care clinic. You will assist patients and families before, during, and after visits, working with doctors, nurses and staff to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Requirements include a Medical Assistant program or MA exam, HIPAA knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse patients. The role supports care coordination and various clinical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and take vitals.
• Prepare and clean exam rooms for physician encounters.
• Assist with office-based tests and procedures under clinician supervision.
• Coordinate patient care including pre-certifications, referrals, and scheduling.
