Job summary

Seattle Roots Community Health in Seattle, WA is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA-C) to support Country Doctor Community Clinic and Carolyn Downs Family Medical Center. The role includes patient care, room prep, vital signs, injections, and coordination with providers in a fast-paced clinic.

You will work 40 hours per week with union benefits and a pay range of $24.48 to $36.55 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to document vital signs and patient complaints.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care and document vitals; support exam rooms.
• Administer injections and vaccines to adults and children.
• Assist with patient flow, scheduling, and coordination.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Provide onboarding support and training for new staff.
