Job summary

Ascension Medical Group is hiring a Medical Assistant in Bartlett, IL to support the Primary Care team. You will room patients, take vitals, perform routine injections, blood draws, and assist physicians during exams.

This role emphasizes preventive care and proactive outreach within a day shift, full-time schedule. Required BLS within 30 days and a High School diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• BLS Provider within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date required.
• Medical Assistant preferred.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
• Medical Assistant preferred.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
