Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant with Florida Statutes credentials.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs Laboratory testing and patient servicing in a Health Department lab.
• Performs venipunctures, urine collection and finger sticks.
• Maintains a clean, disinfected lab environment at all times.
• Records and maintains results in the Electronic Medical Record per Florida statutes.
• Assists in coordinating laboratory flow with clinic staff.
