Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain comprehensive medical histories and record information accurately.
• Prepare clinical charts and research Medical Opinion (IMO) prior to appointments.
• Update and maintain medical records and billing reports with privacy compliance.
• Prepare and sanitize exam rooms and instruments to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Escort claimants to examination rooms and assist during visits.
• Obtain and record vital signs using appropriate medical equipment.
• Perform blood draws to obtain blood specimens for diagnostics.
