Job summary

The IMA Group in New York, NY is seeking a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist for a temp-to-perm role. You will perform phlebotomy and lab processing to support participants in active clinical studies, with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule.

Your responsibilities include accurate record-keeping, following safety guidelines, and clear communication with patients and team members. This role requires MA and phlebotomy certifications and offers a path to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant certification required.
• Current phlebotomy certification required.
• Experience with clinical study procedures is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and protocol adherence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy for study subjects following established protocols.
• Process labs in accordance with study requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of lab information.
• Follow all safety guidelines to protect patient and staff wellbeing.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members.
