Job summary

Ideal Option PLLC in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our frontline team. You will support clinic providers and patients with administrative and clinical tasks, take vital signs, collect specimens, and maintain a clean, organized front office.

You must have a High School diploma or GED, BLS/CPR, and MA certification preferred. Compensation is $22.60–$23.60 per hour, schedule Monday through Thursday 7:30am–6:00pm, with excellent benefits and growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical support to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Support providers and patients with front-office tasks and patient care coordination.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and supply inventory as needed.
• Obtain vital signs, collect specimens, and assist with dosing observations.
