The Georgia office for APPS is looking for quality medical professionals to help us complete these exams in a timely, professional manner on behalf of the insurance company the policy is being applied through.

Job Summary

Our independent contractors (ICs) are self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision as they complete quality exams while using their medical know-how.

Requirements

• These exams are done on a mobile basis in the home or office of the client, and may involve blood draws, medical histories, signatures on packets, vital signs, saliva samples and 12 lead EKGs.
• They should be committed to following all compliance policies as well as safety policies and procedures while remaining sensitive to the need for accuracy and confidentiality in gathering client information.
• Depending on the exam, it can last from 15 minutes to over an hour.
• Hours: Set your own schedule! Exams are available 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
• Reimbursement: Up to $25.00 per completed case, paid biweekly via direct deposit, based on performance and experience.
• Territory: Choose the zip codes you wish to work within.
• Orientation: A 6-hour session to verify skills and familiarize with paperwork and website.
• Equipment: Tablets, EKG machines, and centrifuges available for rent or purchase; use of personal equipment considered.
• Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience and familiarity with taking vital signs.
• Preferred: Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, home health; EKG experience is a plus.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Background checks, references, and drug testing are required.
