Job summary

Vybe Urgent Care in Philadelphia is seeking a Medical Assistant to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet patients, verify insurance, obtain health histories and vitals, and support clinicians with examinations and procedures.

The role requires 6+ months healthcare experience, HS diploma or equivalent, and BLS/CPR certification. The position is full-time with 12-hour weekday shifts and 9-hour weekend shifts, at our City of Philadelphia locations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 6 or more months of relevant experience in a healthcare environment, preferably urgent care.
• Medical Assistant Certification is desirable but notrequired
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Equivalent Healthcare Provider CPR Certification
• Helpful skills in this roleincludecomputer & communications skills, familiarity with electronic medical records, organizational skills with good attention to detail, a positive attitude
• Ability to pass a child abuse clearance and criminal background check
• Thefull-timeschedule for this positionis12-hour shifts Monday-Friday and 9-hour shifts on weekends.
