vybe urgent care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a fast-paced urgent care team in the Philadelphia area. The role supports adults and children across multiple Vybe locations, with 12-hour weekday shifts (8am–8pm) and 9-hour weekend shifts (8am–5pm).

Competitive salary and benefits are offered. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in urgent care or emergency medicine, active NP license, DEA, DOT (or willingness), ACLS & PALS, and valid background clearances.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of NP experience in urgent care or emergency medicine.
• Active NP license and active DEA registration.
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain.
• ACLS & PALS certifications must be valid.
• Child abuse clearances and criminal background checks required.
• Professional demeanor and ability to stay calm in busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care medical services to adults and children.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.
• Coordinate care with clinicians across multiple Vybe locations.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, DEA, and safety requirements.
• Commit to 12-hour weekday shifts (8am–8pm) and 9-hour weekend shifts (8am–5pm).

Qualifications

• 3+years of working experience as an NP in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting
• Active NP Medical License
• Active DEA Registration
• DOT Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid ACLS & PALS certifications
• Child Abuse clearances and criminal background checks required
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across various constituencies.
• Must convey a professional demeanor and be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation.
• Bring a genuine high energy level and project a healthful image.
• This position requires access to confidential and sensitive information, requiring ongoing discretion and secure information management.
• The work schedule for this position offers 12-hour weekday shifts (8am - 8pm) and 9-hour shifts on weekends (8am-5pm).
