Position Details:

• Payroll Title: MED AST 2 PD
• Department: FAC PRAC AMBULATORY FLOAT TEAM
• Pay Scale: $27.62 / Hour
• Worksite: Lightwave Avenue
• Appointment Type: Per Diem
• Appointment Percent: 20%
• Union: EX Contract
• Total Openings: 7
• Work Schedule: Days, 8 hrs/day, Monday-Friday

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or completion of a Medical Assistant training program
• BART or BLS certification at hire, with commitment to obtain BART within six months
• At least two years of Medical Assistant experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ambulatory/outpatient clinic experience
• Previous float experience

Additional Conditions:

• Willingness to work various hours and locations
• Subject to background check and physical

Pay Information: Annual full pay range: $57,671 (prorated for part-time); Hourly: $27.62
