About our Practice Our Holland Pediatric practice delivers high-volume, patient-centered primary care with a strong focus on access, efficiency, and preventive health.

The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in supporting physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) by providing both clinical and administrative support that ensures smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences.

In this role, the Medical Assistant is responsible for rooming patients, answering phones, preparing charts ahead of visits and close care gaps, monitoring incoming patient messages, point of care testing and administering medications and immunizations.

Additional responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, maintaining efficient patient flow, and assisting with clinical procedures.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with electronic health records are essential, as this position manages inbasket tasks, refill requests, and prior authorization preparation.

Qualifications
