Job Overview

Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital, Washington’s only pediatric Level II Trauma Center, is seeking a Medical Assistant Float to support our Pediatric Outreach, Specialty, Urgent Care, and Primary Care Clinics across Pierce, King, and Thurston Counties. This part-time, day shift position offers on-call clinic hours and travel between multiple locations, providing variety and dynamic teamwork opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties within the scope of practice for Medical Assistants, including managing ambulatory patients.
• Work under the supervision of licensed healthcare practitioners.
• Utilize standards, resources, and data to enhance patient care.
• Assist with front office duties, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy.

Minimum Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant in Washington State.
• Previous front desk experience preferred.
• Valid Washington driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Compensation & Benefits
